Summary and chapters
HLIST allows to move directly to a chapter. If chapter titles are
listed into a summary, click on the proper title to go the chapter.
When making the summary with a text editor, use preferably the cut and
copy command to add the title of the chapter to the summary, as this
title access function requires an exact matching, but case sensitivity
however.
ZIP archives
HLIST may display content of an archive having ZIP format. It may also
display a file from the archive.
This require PKUNZIP (c) can be found via the PATH MS-DOS feature.
If you use UNZIP you may rename it or copy it. However I have noted
UNZIP Version 5.01 doesn't extract a file that have no extension and
such a file cannot be displayed.
Description of file
The directory now display a 40 characters description of file according
to its extension. These descriptions are stored into the text file
HLIST.EXT. You may change the descriptions and add to other until 64.
The format of a line is 3 characters for the extension, lowercases, a
space and until 40 characters for the description to display.
Launching a program
By typing the MENU.BAT command rather than HLIST, it will become a
menu program, and files with EXE, COM or BAT extension may be launched
by a press on the 'r' key. If MENU.BAT has not been used, to type 'r'
only returns to DOS.
